| Note: The following terms and conditions shall govern any purchase made by you of any product owned or controlled by Casablanca Media Acquisitions Inc., its subsidiary corporations, licensees and affiliates ("Casablanca"). By placing an order with Casablanca, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following: Product Pricing and Availability All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If an item which you have requested is sold out and placed on backorder status or is currently out of production we will notify you by telephone, fax or email and your order will not be processed until you advise us how you wish to proceed. Please note that in the case of multiple items, Casablanca may ship items as they become available. As a result, your order may be shipped to you in a number of pieces. Payment Information All on-line payments are processed through PSIGate and not by Casablanca and are subject to their terms and conditions. Please review all information provided by PSIGate during the online payment process. If you order online, we will accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. If you fax or telephone your order, we will accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, certified cheque or money order (non-Canadian customers please send International money orders only). Money orders are subject to an additional $5.00 bank processing fee. Please note that goods will not be shipped until payment is received. Please fax or email your order and forward your money order or certified cheque to the address set out above, to the attention of "Customer Service", or provide us with your credit card information by telephone. Casablanca will accept payment in Canadian funds only. Orders from outside Canada will be charged in Canadian funds and converted to your currency based on the current conversion rates. All orders are subject to applicable sales tax and goods and services tax, based upon your shipping address. Please refer to "Shipping Information". Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time if the product has not already been shipped. Please refer to our returns policy in the event that your product has been shipped. Returns Casablanca will be happy to offer a refund on product returned within 15 days following receipt of your order. The original receipt must accompany all returns and product must be returned in its original condition (unopened). Simply mail it back to us pre-paid freight, together with the original receipt, your name, address and reasons for returning the item, to the address set out above, to the attention of "Customer Service", within 15 days following receipt of your order. If payment was made by VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS, the refund will be applied against the same card that was originally billed. If payment was made by money order, a refund check will be issued to you within 15 business days of receipt of the returned product and sent by regular postal service. The $5.00 bank service fee applied to money orders and cheques will not be refunded. Please note that Casablanca will not be responsible for return shipping and handling charges unless an error was made on the part of Casablanca. Casablanca is also not responsible for lost returns. Where orders are marked "Return To Sender", Casablanca will not be responsible for any additional fees levied by the post office which will be deducted from your returned order total. Do not return goods freight collect as they will be refused. Casablanca reserves the right to reject a return if any of the above conditions are not met or in the case of excessive returns. Lost or Damaged Products If you receive any item that is damaged, you can contact Casablanca by telephone, fax or email. Please include all of the details and mail the damaged product back to us at the address set out above, to the attention of "Customer Service". We will send you a replacement once we have received the damaged product and credit your account for the full amount of the return shipping charges. Be sure to include a copy of your return shipping costs. Use standard ground mail service or the least costly return method. If any item is lost during shipment to you, we will replace it once the maximum shipment delivery time has expired. Shipping Information Casablanca will ship orders within Canada, to the United States and to most international locations. Your final shipping charges will be determined by the number of items in your order and your shipping address. All shipping times are dependent on product availability. Please note that all shipping fees and delivery schedules are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to a handling fee of $1.50 Canadian. For orders outside Canada and the United States, the actual shipping charges will be calculated and applied to your invoice in addition to the handling fee. Shipping costs for larger orders will increase proportionately.
All orders will be shipped to you by regular mail service. If you
wish to have your order shipped to you on a rush basis, please let
us know and we will arrange to have it couriered and bill you for
the additional costs. |
